This form is to collect information on projects that have a direct impact on Ohio’s 6th Congressional District, for consideration as part of the FY27 Community Project Funding (CPF) process. CPF is an initiative allowing Members of Congress to request 20 direct appropriations for projects that benefit the communities they represent. Please submit this form as completely as possible as soon as possible. Doing so allows Congressman Rulli and staff adequate time to collaborate with your entity and relevant committees to ensure maximum benefit for the people of Ohio’s 6th Congressional District. The deadline for submission is Friday, March 6th, 2026, at 6:00pm.
